Alan and Gale Decker
Having started a successful business in January of 2002 offering legal copying services to area law firms, Alan & Gale diversified their business by adding a pack & ship service, signing on with Goin’ Postal in July of 2005. Since that time they have worked hard to build the Goin’ Postal brand by offering fantastic customer service, more shipping choices than any other company, and involving themselves in the community.

Alan & Gale believe strongly in making their community a better place to live. Alan is a member of the Sebring Noon Kiwanis Club and Gale is a member of the Sebring Sunrise Rotary Club. Gale is a Registered Nurse since 1979 and is also a Board Certified Legal Nurse Consultant. They donate generously of their time and resources to local charity functions, sponsor a local Little League team, started the Cell Phones for Soldiers program in Highlands County, and are ongoing avid supporters of The Fisher House Foundation, which provides assistance to the families of military veterans who are hospitalized.

Alan has been a resident of Sebring since 1974, Gale has been a resident of Sebring since 1994.

Ericka Search
Ericka is a lifelong resident of Avon Park, graduating Avon Park High School class of 2000. She attended South Florida Community College where she earned a degree in computer science.

Ericka began working at Goin’ Postal in a part-time position in November of 2005. Quickly establishing herself as a leader in customer service, she learned the ropes of the pack & ship business in short order. In August of 2006 Ericka was appointed manager of the Parkway location. Ericka’s quick wit and personable attributes have earned her high praise from the rapidly growing Goin’ Postal customer base.

Frequently you will see Ericka attending local chamber functions as well as some little league games, rooting for the Goin’ Postal team. Ericka is a single mother and has a 5 year old daughter, Devin.

Lynn Schaad
The newest member of the Goin' Postal team, Lynn was born in Toledo, Ohio and has been a resident of Sebring since 1976. She is a single mother with 3 grown children and 2 still at home. She is engaged to Richard Conklin of Avon Park. Lynn is in training and eventually will be named manager of our new location next to Subway in the Sun 'N Lake Plaza.
